Dear All,
This is an open forum for the newly formed Manufacturing Excellence Movement under the aegis of the Diamond Processing Excellence SPV, IDI and CII. 14 leading diamond companies are members of this forum viz. Ankit Gems, JB Bros., Venus Jewels, Lexus, RSM Astute-Lemon, C. Mahendra, Mahima Gems, K. Girdharlal, Shree Ram Krishna Exports, Jewelex, Shairu Gems, Sanghavi Exports, Lemon Technomist and Jainam.
The Scope of the movement shall be to promote manufacturing excellence in the Diamond & related industries through interactions with external speakers, study mission tours, case study discussions and exchange of ideas thrugh interactive platforms. The subjects that would be undertaken would be HR, Lean Mfg., IT, Training, Cost management, Family owned business management and Creative thinking.
The members of MEM would meet on the 1st Saturday of every month between 8.30 to 10.30 am at IDI, Vesu.
